Missing Upgrades

  The No Ads upgrade has disappeared from the My Upgrades, I have (well I thought I had, I most certainly paid for it) for captnmike.com – a few weeks ago it was still set to Auto Renew – I go to My Upgrades today to check on the status and the No Ads is no longer showing in My Upgrades – it should not expire for several more days

  Also in the main store section there is no No Ads Upgrade so I can’t even buy it again – WordPress.COM has said that if our account was older that we could either purchase individual upgrades without needing the overpriced Cable TV Bundle Up-Sell triple price for no Ads at a single price

  So, the Upgrade is missing, I can’t renew the upgrade or buy it again – what the heck is going on? Do I now have ads on my site?

  Is the staff upset at me for disagreeing with the new Cable TV Bundle Up-Sell pricing policy and just blew my upgrade into the weeds?

  I’m still seeing the No Ads upgrade listed on your My Upgrades page:

  Can you upload a screenshot if you’re still not seeing it?

  (Also, we would never ever make changes to your site or upgrades because of posts you make here in the forums.)

  Screen shot is in my Media Library – Called Screen something or another – the 4 upgrades are the only ones showing

  I did get an email saying the No Ads would renew automatically in a few days (good)

  I would think you would not make changes – but I have worked with some jokers in the past that would have flipped something just for fun – but the No Ads does seem to still be working (the good old log out and test thing)

  Thanks Mike! I can see the No Ads upgrade listed right under your domain captnmike.com in your screenshot. It should renew on November 2, so let me know if you see any hiccups with that! :)
