Missing Upload menu Option beneath write post text area

  HI, I’ve searched but have only found two topics from other people who have this same problem (and both recently) – but neither of them are resolved so I’m opening a topic, too. I want to upload a photo to WP. I read the FAQ on how to do this and it indicates you use the “Upload” button below the text area – the thing is, this “Upload” menu option does not appear below my text area. Neither do the other two menu options to “Browse” and “Browse All”. How do I fix this?

  Did is disappear before or after the one image you already have there? But if it’s still not there, probably send in a feedback because it sounds like a backend issue.

  Which browser are you using and what’s the version please?
  Also which of the two wordpress editors are you using?

  I am having the same problem. IE7 and Firefox have the same issue…just started…I can’t upload photos. There is no longer an option.

  Try clearing your browser cache and doing a forced reload of the page. It appears that staff did some coding recently and stuff like this occures afterwards on occasion.
