Missing uploads tab

  I have no uploads tab on my dashboard. The theme I’m using is mistylook. When I go into Manage all the tabs are:
  * Posts
  * Pages
  * Links
  * Categories
  * Tags
  * Link Categories
  * Media Library
  * Import
  * Export

  If you want to manage your uploads, it is under manage > media library.
