Missing URL

I have an old blog called http://www.cityattorney.wordpress.com which does not show up in my dashboard but was created by me and prevents me from re-creating using the name. How do I regain control of this blog name?

You need to log into cityattorney – there is a lost password provision – click on the log-in and you will see the lost password option – it is not in your Dashboard because you created it under a different account.
-
PS you need to be logged out of WordPress.com for the lost password to work, otherwise you will be sent to the account that you are logged into.
Once you are logged into the old account it can be transferred to your new account.
