MISSING URL TEMPLATE AVID

I already have started a free blog with pictures, etc. This morning I just bought the Avid template at 107$. In the home page, the default template do not show. I have a message saying ” We are terribly sorry, but the URL you type no longer exist, it might have been moved or delete. Try searching the site.” Could you please tell me how to Rretreive the Avid default template on my page? thank you

Something great about the Premium themes is that they have a very detailed set up page, as well as dedicated support forums.
That all said, it sounds like you simply need to create a page and set it as home. Can you create a page at My site > Site Pages for your home page? Then you can change the page settings for that and choose the Homepage Template.
Follow this guide to set your page you’ve created as the home page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

I did chat with wordpress support & they did a reset on my template.:)
