Missing User Tab

  Hello! I am missing the user tab inside my WordPress dashboard. I am trying to edit a current admin account, but I don’t know how to access it because there isn’t a user tab to see all the registered users. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or where I can access the users? Thanks!
