Missing Username
-
The site diegochac.com is still being built. I tried logging in to my business account, as it is the account I remember using for login before (around July 2021). I logged in using the Google account option today. When I signed in my business account, I was treated as if I was a new user. My account stated I hadn’t made any sites before hand. I don’t know what is going on? I tried signing in with other emails but I have no luck recovering my old website. Does wordpress delete a site that you haven’t edited in a while? Is there any way I can recover my site by just having the website name?

Hi there,
The site at diegochac.com isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com, but was created using the open source WordPress.org software, and is hosted at GoDaddy.com. So you can’t access that site by logging into any WordPress.com account (the
diegochacbusinessaccount you used to post here is a brand new account that’s only 11 hours old).To access that site you need to go to https://www.diegochac.com/wp-login.php, and log in using the admin user credentials you created when you installed the WordPress software on your server at GoDaddy. If you’re not sure what those credentials are, please contact GoDaddy support directly for help resetting them.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community who makes that software in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
