Missing views: My Topics and My Participating Topics?

    Tried to ask a question a couple of days ago, but don’t recall any answer or receiving any notice of an answer. There is a view for unanswered questions, but I can’t find my topic question there. So far haven’t been able to find any way to dig it up, but I’m going to go back and comb through my email more carefully in case I missed the link. (Maybe the google threw it into the spam folder? False negatives have been a large problem these days, but some false negatives, too.) Another solution approach would be the two views of the Topic Title: A view for topics I started and a view for topics in which I had participated.

    Anyway, I wished this forum worked differently. As I composed this new topic, I wish the server were searching through my keywords and recommending possibly relevant topics. I might find my answer without further ado, or I might choose to append this comment to such a topic with clarification on why my new problem is slightly different or how the solution doesn’t quite apply to my situation…

    What you can do is you’re able to see your username on this forums page:
    https://en.forums.wordpress.com once you’re on this page on the right-hand side you’ll be able to see your username link which is: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/shannonjacobs695374035/

    Just simply click on that links which say: “Topics Started” & “Replies Created” that should able to see what you’ve asked and replied here in the forum.

    I am also having a hard time to understand what you’re trying to do or achieve something for your WordPress.com site?
    Can you please tell us more about it.

    The thread where you asked a question, and received an answer, two days ago is at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/annoying-hard-sell-ads-versus-alternative-economic-models/. I’m not sure why @vishalmukadam did not just link you to that thread.

    If you did not receive an email when the reply to that topic was posted, then you probably did not subscribe to the thread when you created it.

    That would be great, but unfortunately it’s not how the bbPress forums software we’re using for these forums are designed to work.

    I’m closing this thread to further replies. Please follow up in your other thread if you still have questions regarding that issue.
