missing website

Hello – when I go to my website http://www.foodmanifesto.wales, which normally maps to my wordpress site https://foodmaniffestobwyd.wordpress.com/, I get an error message reading: ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’ This has happened in last day or two, after I set everything up with LCN last July.

The domain foodsociety.wales is pointing to a site that’s hosted by LCN. It used to be mapped to foodmaniffestobwyd.wordpress.com, but another user on your site has removed the mapping upgrade, as they were the ones that had purchased it in the first place.

I bought a website 3-4 days ago and it’s not showing up on my list of websites. Instead I have a page with a message (yellow, exclamation point) that WordPress is setting up my domain and it should be available immediately but perhaps not stable for 72 hours, and we are nearly at that mark with no website at all.
The first day after I bought my new url, one of my other websites showed that the new url was it’s name, with all other content remaining the same. A day after that, the old website returned to normal, but still no new website. And no help button anywhere to see what’s going on.
