Missing Website

  So I asked for help earlier regarding jetpack and they said to disable it and reenable it. So I did that but now my website is no longer showing up under my sites so I can no longer edit it. I can still go to the actual website when I click on the URL but I can no longer edit anything with it. Is there any way to get back my website?

  Many thanks for that additional information.

  It looks like https://stuorgs.engineering.iastate.edu/agc/ is a separate installation to https://stuorgs.engineering.iastate.edu/ – is that correct?

  If you’re able to detail more about the set up that would be most helpful.

  Yes, I believe it is a separate installation. https://stuorgs.engineering.iastate.edu/ is the main page holding all club websites but https://stuorgs.engineering.iastate.edu/agc/ was our club website. We used WordPress to set it up and someone from the help team with WordPress told me to try disconnecting Jetpack and reconnecting it but now it seems like we’ve lost all access to editing the website.

  Hello there,

  Many thanks for that additional information.

  Once Jetpack has been disconnected, it wouldn’t be possible to edit the site via WordPress.com.

  Are you able to login to the WP Admin via https://stuorgs.engineering.iastate.edu/agc/wp-admin ?

  If yes, are you able to deactivate and then reactivate Jetpack, and if prompted reconnect it?
