Missing Website

My website appears as ‘unsafe’. I am unable to reload the site on the internet. As well as not being able to connect with Jetpack.
Is there a balance due on the account that is causing this to occur? I also cannot be able to load the last transaction made on this site.

You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
You should reach out to your host Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem. Your site also appears to be showing a Bluehost “Under Maintenance” message, so they should be able to help you disable that as well.
Once you resolve the site issue where it’s reporting as unsafe and you still have trouble connecting Jetpack, contact their support team for help.
