Missing websites

  Hello,

  I logged into my account and the domain that I purchased is missing. So is the website I was building. Everything is gone. I’m very disturbed by this, as I spent top dollar for this and it’s all gone. Can someone please contact me?

  It’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account. As you have a paid plan, you can use the transaction id to restore access to your site at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  I know I’m on the right account. It’s indicating that my domain name is tied to another account, but there are no other accounts.

  What is the full address of your site? Is it hosted here at WordPress.com?
