Missing widget on appearance menu (multi-currency plugin not working)

    Hello, amazing Happiness Engineers! I hope all of you are doing well :)

    I am running into an issue with my website and seriously ran out of options to solve this, so maybe you will be able to help me out :D

    I am trying to sell a digital product by using WooCommerce and need it to be available in two different currencies (Euro and Brazilian Real) but no plugins seem to work and I am running into a wall when it comes to making the plugins work. The final step in setting the plugins up is to turn on a widget, that used to be under the menu APPEARANCE > WIDGETS, but now it is no longer there.

    I even tried to install 3 different plugins to get the Widgets functionality back and none of them worked.

    Another thing I saw after researching a little more was that the elementor theme I am using (HELLO ELEMENTOR) is not compatible with widgets. This is the message it’s showing: ‘The theme you are currently using isn’t widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change.’

    After reaching out to Elementor’s support team, they informed me that this is a WordPress issue and not theirs, so here I am :)

    I seriously have nothing else to try, so if any of you have any ideas on how to solve this, I would deeply appreciate it.

    All I want to do is to make my product available in two different currencies based on the user’s IP address.

    @jessica92marinhob09ac72da6 – It looks like you already have an open support ticket with WooCommerce Support and they’ve replied to you yesterday.

    Please look for their reply and respond to their questions so they can help you with this.

    @devmahapatro2000 – you’re providing advice on the free support forums for websites hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com has limitations that the core WordPress software does not have – one example is that you can only install plugins on Business or eCommerce paid plans.

    If you’re trying to help with general WordPress issues, you might want to go to the WordPress.org forums where more people using the WordPress software go for help.
