Missing Widgets?

  I have another wordpress with a domain hosted by blue host and a name registered by go daddy.
  The thing is, I dont seem to have the widgets I normally have. Meaning, I dont have a twitter widget,
  or an image widget so I cant even post a frickin profile picture. what is going on here?

  Most of the WordPress.com widgets are based off of existing plugins for the self-hosted version of WordPress(.org).

  Specifically the twitter widget: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wickett-twitter-widget/
