Missing "widgets" tab under Customize

  I want to ad an archive and categories, but I am missing the Widgets tab under Customize. What do I do?? I have been trying to figure this out for an hour!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you locate your widgets here?
  Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets

  Oh for pity sake lol :D .. no wonder you cannot find what does exist.

  The theme does not have any widgets.

  edit: what does not exist.

  P.S. I haven’t touched a drop of Eggnog. I’m just very tired and I’m using a cranky bilingual keyboard.
