Missing wp admin option on my site?

  I created a contact form page and the back end user text is visible to the public. How can I remove or hide it?

  How can the contact form button/option become visible on the bouquet theme site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the URL of this page? What is the “backend text” you are seeing?

  Thank you for your quick response.

  I found out what the problem was. I had forgotten to put a backslash at the end.

  For example, [/contact-form]
