Missing “www” From Mapped Domain
-
I just mapped a domain I purchased with GoDaddy to my WordPress blog. Unfortunately, it seems to be missing the “www” part of the web address. I understand this is more or less a cosmetic thing these days since my modern web browsers really have no need for it, but I don’t like not having it there. Is there a technical reason for why WordPress.com blogs redirect their domains this way and is there a way I can change it so that “www” appears?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OK, here at WordPress.com we automatically strip the www from all domains to prevent duplication when your site is indexed by search engines. So, all visitors to http://www.yourdomain.com will be automatically redirected to http://yourdomain.com .
Hope this clears things up a bit.
