Misspelled domain name

  I’ve registered a domain name but it has been misspelled. How can I correct the spelling?

  Hi there,

  You can make that change by following these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Once you change it, you cannot change it back. It will become unavailable. In your case, I’m sure that doesn’t matter much since you’re needing to correct it. ;) Just wanted to make sure I told you any way.

  Hi there,

  For a custom domain like you’ve bought the only way to change it is to cancel it and register the domain with the correct spelling. You will also need to cancel your Google Apps account, as that is connected to your domain.

  Let me know if you need me to help with this. If we cancel the domain any later than Monday I won’t be able to refund the misspelled one, so the sooner we fix this the better.

  I’d also make sure that the correctly spelled domain is available before we cancel the misspelled one.
