  Hello
  I’ve made a mistake. I didn’t want to create a blog with wordpress.com but with wordpress.org.
  Is it possible to cancel ? Otherwise, I would like to unactivate my website, because I have nothing to put inside.
  Can you help me please ?

  You can set the blog to private and forget about it Settings » Privacy Settings that way if you decide down the road you need it again.

  Or you could follow through with deletion of the blog. Please note accounts cannot be deleted here @ WP.com
