mistake domain

    dear madame/ mister,

    i have a problem with my wordpress account. we wanted to change our website in ‘.com’ instead of ‘.eu’ but we made a mistake, because apparently, the ‘.com’ site already exists, in Lebanon. Our problem now is that, every time when we want to enter our domain, it automatically connects the ‘.eu’ to the ‘.com’ so we can’t acces our domain. can you help us please?

    For that, you need to either contact your domain registrar or your hosting provider (Siteground).

    In these forums, we’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us (WordPress.com).
