Mistake in the purchase of a plan

I manage two different wordpress accounts:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)I forgot which one was active on my website, which is a domain I’ve purchased from Superhosting.bg (shapeshifter.bg). So, by mistake, I bought a yearly basic PLAN for 48 euros on (email visible only to moderators and staff) and added shapeshifter.bg as a website. Therefore, all my content was moved from http://www.shapeshifter.bg to http://shapeshifterbg.wordpress.com,
If there is a possibility, I am begging you to transfer my plan purchase and domain name from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

This account owns one site with us, http://shapeshifterbg.wordpress.com, currently on our free plan.This site used to be on our Personal plan and connected to the domain, shapeshifter.bg, but that plan expired recently. That’s why your site reverted back to the free address. Your content has not been moved – it’s still on the same site where it has always been. But that site is no longer connected to your shapeshifter.bg domain.
To reconnect that domain, go to My Site ->Plans and buy a new plan for your site. Then you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade and reconnect your domain at My Site ->Manage ->Domains ->Add.

If you’ve bought upgrades for another site using a different account, you’ll need to log in as that account to cancel those upgrades, or transfer them to another account. We cannot move any upgrade from another account to yours at your request, as we have no way to prove that you are the same person who owns the other account.
