Mistake of email adress

Hello,
When I created my accound, I made a mistake and used a wrong email adress, ending with .com instead of .fr.. and then I paid 96€ to suscribded to a premium count. I haven’t confirm my email adress but the site has accepted my paiment and now I can’t connected and use the service I’ve paid for. I need to join someone to change the count on the good email adress and create my website. Please contact me and tel me what to do.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! No worries, we can help you sort this out. You will only be able to use an email address on one account, so we could either help you switch it to the right account, or help you transfer your site and upgrades to this one.
Also, are you able to log in with the other username, perhaps using a different browser / “chrome person” so you can access both accounts while we sort this out? If you have the password you should be able to get in. If you need account recovery help, too, let us know.

Thank you for your answer. No, I can’t connect at the wrong email adress, I also need account recovery.. but I can’t do it!!

Thank you. But they ask me to give information to proof my ownership and I have no transaction Id (and you told me not to use that) and no activation Url or key. I can’t submit the page whithout those information.

Yes, that bank statement will have the ID mentioned on it as a string of letters and numbers. Here’s how to find it:
