mistake with theme downloading

Apologies for my novice manners here, I know it is not much appreciated by people who find it so easy to find answers to their questions. ;)
I am learning wordpress and my teacher accidentally downloaded my premium theme on another blog. She thought she could transfer it to my domain without a problem but it is not possible. I tried to change the domain’s name or even thought about exporting the blog to my blog, but it does not work or does not solve the problem. When she found out about this mistake, she offered me to go with another CMS, but I am not interested in doing that as I already started and spent a lot of time on WordPress.com. So I heard I could contact WordPress directly to ask if you could help me to solve things. I bought this premium theme but it is currently stuck on another domain (I am an admin for both). I’d like to make my site well and ready so I can transfer my domain name later. Could you help me ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, how can I contact WordPress privately to explain my problem with all the details? Indeed I do not want my company’s domain to appear in the community for image concern so I cannot explain freely. Please could you email me promptly as I have been stuck for about 2 weeks and do not know how to do.
