  Hi there,

  I just ran a check on your site and it appears that http://www.pnset.com/ is running on a self-hosted version of WordPress.org and is hosted with BigRocks.in

  This forum provides to support the sites that are hosted with WordPress.com. (WordPress.com is different from WordPress.Org. Here is the link if you want to know more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As for the jetpack plugin, you can always install it again on your website. After installing the Jetpack plugin, you can connect your jetpack to your self-hosted WordPress site by entering your WordPress.com credentials within the Jetpack plugin settings.
