  When I log into WordPress I am addressed by a different account name than mine. I tried to cancel my subscription months ago and I am still being charged. How do I get any help with this?

  It sounds like you might be caught in a ‘multiple account’ loop, which often happens if a subscription was started under a different email or if a developer set it up for you. If the name on the account isn’t yours, any cancellation attempt you made on your primary account wouldn’t have affected the active billing on that ‘ghost’ account. Your best bet is to use the WordPress Recovery Tool or their specific ‘Look up a charge’ page (wpchrg.com). Since you’re still being billed, you can provide them with the transaction ID from your bank statement; they can use that to track down exactly which account is pulling the funds and shut it down manually, even if you can’t log into that mystery profile yourself.
