Mistaken order for G Suite

  I paid $68 to order G Suite for this account, but I used the wrong name and email on the account. Originally the name was Coconut Grove Village Voice. We are not using that name any more. Now we’re using Coconut Grove Spotlight. Can I get a refund for the G Suite account? G Suite will not let me change the email address. Or can you change my email address as follows: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  There are no subscriptions under the account you’re reaching us from, do you have another WordPress.com account where you might have purchased this?

  In general, you won’t be able to change the email address but if the subscription was purchased less than 30 days ago we can cancel and offer a refund. That way, you’ll be able to purchase another GSuite account. Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to do it through WordPress.com anymore, you’ll want to purchase it from Google directly.
