  I need to restore permanately deleted my post by mistake – from trash. it was published before but I placed this in trash as unusual traffic. Please

  Unfortunately, once you choose to permanently delete an item from your Trash folder, there is no way to recover or restore it!

  Yes, There is no way to get the Post back, If you deleted Permanently.
