    Hi there,

    I found this:

    Account Restoration

    It is possible to reverse an account closure during the first 30 days after an account is closed. If you realize you closed your account in error, please contact us immediately. We will be able to assist you in reopening your account during this 30-day window. Once the 30 days have passed, all of your sites and account data are purged and cannot be restored.

    I added the modlook tag to your thread, which call the Staff’s attention. They will be able to advise you. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi there,

    We can only reverse an account closure if the request comes directly from the email address associated with the account.

    We have already helped the account owner with this via email, so I’m closing this thread.
