mistakenly suspended blog

I got a message that my blog is suspended. I think
its a mistake. I’m not even sure what happened. I posted a question….then some lady with gray hair said I posted it in a public forum….which I don’t even know how to do.. Will you please help me. I respectfully am trying to do the right thing.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I just want to say I’m sincerely sorry if I offended anyone, especially a volunteer.
I think volunteers are gifts from God and I don’t want to disrespect anyone.
