misty lake free theme is different between blogs

  I want a static page like I have with my other ‘misty lake’ blog. However, this time, under setting-reading I do not have a choice to set a static page – there is only the blog stuff. I can only have a static page. How can I fix this?

  In order to set static page, there must be at least one page. You can create a page and later assign that page as front page.
