Is there a way to remove the sidebar completely? I prefer not to have any widgets there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To remove the display of all widgets in the sidebar without purchasing an upgrade simply install an empty text widget at the top of the sidebar. You will not be able to blog in the empty sidebar space though.

Thank you for the empty text widget suggestion. The only problem is you can see the empty text box because the box is a different color than its white background. Any solutions for this?
