Misty Lake Theme prints whole menu hierarchy

  Misty Lake theme includes the whole menu hierarchy when I print using Firefox 18.0.2 or Chrome 24.0..1312.57 m or IE 10.0.9200.16484
  This takes 3 pages and is annoying to users.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
