Misty Look theme not displaying properly
-
My Misty Look theme has gone odd.
The sidebar has slipped to the bottom of the page and in its place is a very narrow column of posts!
Help! -
It looks like you have either a missing or an extra </div> tag somewhere around post # 530 or 531…
-
Did you just change to this theme from another theme
the reason i ask is because different themes have different
widths and if you just changed over to the “Misty Look” theme
then just go into the text widgets and edit the content
and it should hopefully fix it… -
no, I’ve been using this theme for almost a year gamehq.
Sorry singularcontiguity don’t think I understand that one – how would I sort that?
Thanks for your responses folks -
@bobleckridge,
I would contact support then
it could be a bug that they can
fix http://wordpress.com/contact-support -
If it’s where I think it is, edit the post “Scottishness…….” and look at it in the HTML editor. Does every <div> tag have one (and only one) matching </div> tag that closes it? Looking at the page source, it looks like there’s an extra </div> at the very end of the post.
I don’t happen to know of an easier way to fix it…
-
thank you folks – it was the post before the Scottishness….. one – I now remember something went wrong with the Flickr code when I put that first photo into the post about murals. I just deleted that post and everything else has fallen back into place!
