  How do I access the code for the Header? I want to insert a meta tag for Google verification but under Appearances there isn’t an Editor option… I don’t know how to upload an HTML file to the sever via FTP so I’m stuck with this. Please help! Thanks!

  WordPress.COM has no FTP access nor can you change php code.

  However: Dashboard >> Tools >> There are a bunch of Webmaster Verification tools.
