MistyLook refresh?

  I’d be interested to know if there are any plans at WordPress or Sadish to give the MistyLook theme a revamp? It’s one of the most popular themes – I use it and still like it – but it’s looking a little tired now. Any plans to add some of the newer features of recently-released themes (sticky posts, wider, flexible page sizing, larger images, more widgets such as footer menus)?

  The problem is staff have done that in the past and the forums filled with angry users carrying pitchforks and torches. It can get ugly. That is why it is highly unlikely that they will do anything with it, especially since it is consistently one of the most popular themes year after year.

  That theme was updated. And the ability to remove the searchbox and hide single post navigation links was part of the update. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/01/06/theme-updates-custom-menus-more/ It was then updated a second time in 2011 to include more customization options. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/11/21/theme-improvements/
