Mistylook Theme: Can I edit the sidebar?

  How do I edit the sidebar categories in Mistylook theme? The original sidebar categories are: Archives, Categories, Pages, Blogroll, Meta. I’d like to change them to read: Visit, About, Links, Pages, Archives, Recent Posts. How can I do that? Am I able to do that?
