I had lost track of the googlemail. (email visible only to moderators and staff). As I had too many things on my plate, I did not use my WordPress anymore since 2018. Since then my WordPressaccount has stayed active. It is my fault not to delete it. And your company off course has been correct. You have sent me the mail that it was going to be renewed. And I did not see the mail, as I did not use the gmail account and I did not use the WordPress account. I thought I had cancelled this last year. Something went wrong it seems now, as I have been charged 100 euro again. It would be honest and correct if I get this 100 refunded. I have no complaints about WordPress or your way of working. I hope that your ethical standards are the same as the quality of your product and that I do not get a standard answer that it is my own fault. It is clear that I have not been active in WordPress for more than a year. So actually I should have 200 euro refunded. Anyway, looking forward to your answer. I hope it is correct.
