    5 minuts ago, I was cheecking wordpress website to show my sister how to create a website easily. I saw that on your website exposed that the Annual Plan is 48 Euros but I understod the the first year was for free and the charge is for the next renovetation. Please cancel my payment and any subscription, was a mistake. Thanks

    Hey there –

    I think the confusion is that we offer the domain registration or connection free for the first year as part of the hosting plan. The hosting plan still needs to be purchased.

    Looking at the account here, I can’t find any charges or purchases. It seems that this happened under a different account.

    Once you’re signed in to that account, click on My Sites – Upgrades and cancel the upgrade it will automatically process a refund. Feel free to check back with us here and we can verify the refund has been processed for you.

    If unable to locate the account you can use https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to locate the charge and the account.
