Misunderstood Blogroll and cannot scan tags

  I usually go to WordPress.com and click on Topics – from there I can scan tags to see blogs I want to read.

  I was updating my new theme and in the Dashboard I clicked on Links.

  I then saw the option for Blogroll. Thinking I would like to add other blogs to this, I removed what I thought were some default links.

  Now when I click on Topics I no longer see the Tag Cloud.

  Any help is appreciated.

  Fixed…still don’t know where the links show up though.
