Mix up. Forum have no answer

How can I contact WordPress.org? I am having an issue that I must contact them about I cannot log in to relate what is happening over one year now.
My business is stagnant because of the problem. The fix is not in the many forums.

The email account that I have is not on WordPress.org System; the reason is: Gmail had logged me out of the email that is on WordPress.org system almost a year now.
There are many prolonged issues that I have found on my website That must be fixed. However, I need to log in to WordPress to fix them -

You can register a new account at WordPress.org with an email address you have access to.
If you want to log into your website just type wp-admin after your domain name.
Example: yourdomain.com/wp-admin and you can login from there. -
