Mixcloud embed: 'widget path does not exist..'

  Hi,
  Am working on a wordpress.com blog. Have managed to embed a mixcloud cloudcast using the gigya tasks and the widget shows up when the post is published. However it doesn’t work properly and will not load. It gives the explanation that ‘widget path does not exist, cannot load the player’, anyone know what I need to do?
