  On wordpress.com we cannot use iframe codes. You need to click the link below that code (“Can’t use the iframe embed code?”) and copy the flash embed code. This can then be converted into a working shortcode the way I’m showing here:

  It’s not working because you introduced paragraph breaks. Once you remove them it will work:

  You’re welcome.
  Of course you can change the height. In fact, I thought you changed it on purpose: the code originally said 200.
