Hi cdrummbks,
We’ve received a couple of other reports of the same issue so it would be great if you could reply with the following:
- Can you send a link to the post or page where you added a Mixcloud embed?
- Were the embeds already in place and working before today?
- Which browser and operating system are you using? Both pieces of information can found by visiting supportdetails.com.
- Do Mixcloud embeds work when visiting cdrummbks.wordpress.com on a phone or tablet? Or are you also unable to see them there?
These details will help us with testing.

https://cdrummbks.wordpress.com/ (lately I’ve been posting daily exclusively my Mixcloud widget links, but now all the past posts are showing up blank, and the share widget didn’t work yesterday…
Were the embeds already in place and working before today?
…for the first time. All the previous embeds were in place and working before yesterday.
Which browser and operating system are you using?
Browser: Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
System OS: MacBook Pro System Version: macOS 10.14.4 (18E226)

I don’t have a phone or a tablet, just the computer. I just now checked the site on Safari (not being logged in). Ugh! Embeds still not working, also gut doctor ad. -
Hi there,
Thank you for replies. We have reported this internally and are working on getting this fixed ASAP.

Thanks!
In question above “the post or page where you added a Mixcloud embed”, I took it to mean the destination, but maybe you wanted the origination page. That would be https://www.mixcloud.com/cdrumm/now-this-is-what-i-call-eek-clectic-1702/, but you’d need to be me and signed in to see the share button.
Here’s the link to embed player in WordPress:

I’ve got exactly the same problem. My site is:
https://radiotamodaleko.com/Word press does not show Mixcloud embedded player although it worked well so far with 100+ posts.
I tried accessing that from different browsers but it is still the same:
Firefox 66
Opera 60.0.3255.59
Opera Mobile for Android 51.3.2461138727
System: Linux 64 bit, Android 9.1, Windows 7The source files on Mixcloud are here:
Thanks for your help in advance.

Same issue for us on https://thejoint.co.nz
We are embedding files from https://www.mixcloud.com/thejoint/
The Mixcloud shortcode worked until very recently.
When doing some testing yesterday I discovered that while the Mixcloud generate shortcode is now not working, using a Mixcloud URL does work.
For example see https://thejoint.co.nz/2019/03/30/the-show-i-want-to-show-you-all-the-things-about-you-that-have-made-me-feel-so-shy/
The Mixcloud shortcode does not show [mixcloud https://www.mixcloud.com/thejoint/the-joint-30-march-2019/ width=100% height=120 hide_cover=1]
However, the direct URL of the Mixcloud post does show on up the WordPress blog post. e.g. https://www.mixcloud.com/thejoint/the-joint-30-march-2019/

Thanks @radiotamodaleko and @thejointradioshow, I’ve passed these details on to our developers :)
-
I can conform that what TheJoint suggested works for me when I changed the latest blog post on https://radiotamodaleko.com/
However, I am still waiting for this to be fixed because I cannot go back through 150 posts and update each of them.
Thanks for your help.

No, I appreciate that. We’ll keep you updated with any progress on our end and thanks for your patience.

Hello everyone,
I have the same problem with my embeds MixCloud players, but only on Safari (Computer + iPhone).
It works perfectly on Chrome (computer + iPhone) and Firefox (only computer).I verified with the radiomodaleko’s website ad it’s the same problem as mine.
There is an error named “Missing token error”.An example of my website : http://www.radiochiguiro.com/season1/
Many thanks for your help.

Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so your issue is likely unrelated to this.

Now I’m getting “Missing Token Error” on all my WordPress posts. Plus I’m logged out and my account is no longer recognized.
My WordPress site is https://cdrummbks.wordpress.com/
