Mixed accounts

    I’ve discovered I have two accounts. I’ve been locked out of my paid account and can only gain access to the free one. They are not connected and my password no longer works for the paid account. Instructions to reacquire the paid account do not work. What should I do? (Free accounts do not have access to support help.) What can I do?

    shubhamgmath, thank you for responding so quickly. I appreciate it.
    My problem in trying to re-set a password is that the input field for entering a new password doesn’t appear on the screen. This happens with my Mac, my iPhone and my iPad – all my Apple devices. I don’t know why this happened.
    The good news is that I tried to re-set on my Windows machine. All is good.
