mixed up accounts

  hello, I started one account but then closed it to start a new one via hosting and wordpress setup. however both accounts had same email address but different passwords. AND the first one was saved on screen. now i am not able to enter the new account but the old non-content one opens up telling me that i don’t have a website ? very confusing. please can you help? thanks
