Mixed up accounts

I have been having trouble logging into my account all day, I think there was a mix up and I may have two accounts. Please help!!

I am listed as an administrator for the above URL. My user name is Laken. Every time I go to log in, it says my password is wrong. I have changed my password 7+ times now. I have tried logging in through gmail, which is how I think a second account was created, but that account is not linked to any site.
When I am logged onto the correct account for Sunstone Counseling, I cannot edit any of my pages or add new posts, I just get a blank white screen. I have deactivated all my plugins and reactivated them, and activated my theme, but still no luck. Please help! -

I cannot log into that forum. It says my password does not work. Which is the same trouble I have been having for 2 days now. I cannot post into that forum because it won’t let me log in despite changing my password 7+ times.

Unlike this forum where your WordPress.com account login is used to log into this forum, the WordPress.org forum is different. It is completely separate from your WordPress.org account – you need to create an independent WordPress.org forum account. You can create one at the below link:

I already have one, I am listed as an administrator on that account, but every time I go to log in, it says my password is wrong. This has been an extremely frustrating process, is the a phone number I can call to speak to someone in person to assist? It would be a lot easier if I could just talk to someone.

Since we are not associated with the forum, there isn’t much direct assistance we can provide there. I know there isn’t any type of phone support. Have you tried resetting your password?

Being an admin on your WordPress.org site account makes no difference in regards to regaining access to your WordPress.org forum account. Again, there is no association with your WordPress.org site login and your WordPress.org forum login. You can create a WordPress.org forum account even if you do not have a site. Therefore, even if you could log into your old WordPress.org account, you could create a new one in order to post your question.
