mixed up user names and passwords for two blogs

  I have mixed up two blogs.
  I don’t know how to get into the administration of
  http://helenasundman.wordpress.com/

  I have been able to get into the adminpanel for framtidsjord1. This is something I set up to demonstrate how blogs work. I did this way back and cannot find a way to administer my real blog, http://helenasundman.wordpress.com/
  I might have used an email adress for the blog helenasundman that no longer exists.

  where do I start to resolve this?
