Mixfolio Theme Problems

  I don’t know why above topic was closed because it’s still not done yet.

  When I added tagline it pushed things around. Search bar text still missing. I tried to add 2 links to contact me field & 2nd wouldn’t work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For clarity have you purchased a custom design upgrade for that blog?

  No I did not. But it was supposed to come “out of the box” working. Adding a tagline shouldn’t make the page look tacky. On the example the search field has text in it. On the real thing it don’t. And it says you can use html in the contact box for the “home page”. Yet if you try to add 2 links the 2nd don’t work. It comes out http://dawnsgenealogyservice.wordpress.comhttp://www.facebook.com/blahblah…therefore of course doesn’t work.

  Also if you add paragraph tags it does in fact create paragraphs but they’re all scrunched up. In other words there’s no space between the lines of text. One line is basically sitting right on top of the next.

  Since I can’t edit basically anything I just had to pick another theme for now. But quite a few seem to be having problems. Especially those w/ sliders.
