Mobile accessibility for hearing impaired

I am making a site where many of its reader are people with a visual disability. It is therefore, important that all pages can be read out loud. Everything works fine on desktop and tablet, but with mobile I have some issues. The biggest issue is the menu. On desktop and tablet the menu is clear, but on mobile it become a burger menu that somehow can’t be found and be read out loud with helping devices. I hope some of you can help me solve this issue. HELP!

Hi @christinanahnsen, this might be a theme issue. Could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I don’t see any sites associated with this account.
Just to clarify too, if you’re managing your own copy of WordPress with a different host, you’ll want to use the correct forums:

Got it, thank you. The site is not hosted on our servers (it’s using a copy of WordPress hosted somewhere else) so we can’t really get into the back end for it.
But I’m guessing if you contact Elementor support, they can help. You can also check in the forums for WordPress installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .
