Mobile and ipad differences in viewing

  I want the pages I have set up on the computer to be displayed in the same way on mobiles and ipads. Currently if I ‘preview’ these on the computer, they look great and are all have the same format. However when I look at the site directly from my phone they are displayed differently…Why? and How can I make them all look the same?
